Hugo Is Bloat

Hugo is bloated and confusing, because it refuses to work without a theme. Using hugo without a theme requires you to install a theme.

Despite that, I am still using hugo to generate this site.

Update: I still think that Hugo is bloated, but it turned out to be a convenient tool.
